The Industrial PSA Nitrogen Generator with Carbon Molecular Sieve utilizes advanced pressure swing adsorption technology to produce high-purity nitrogen for industrial applications.

The PSA nitrogen generator uses carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as sorbent, which has different adsorption capacities for oxygen and nitrogen. Under pressure, CMS adsorbs oxygen more readily than nitrogen. A PLC-controlled system alternates between two towers for continuous nitrogen production through adsorption and desorption cycles.

Compressed air is purified through drying and filtration before entering the generator. The system uses PSA technology to separate nitrogen, which is then delivered to a buffer tank at 6barg pressure. Pressure can be adjusted for specific applications using a regulator valve.
