Product Overview
The Joshining VSA-120/93-0.2 is a skid-mounted Vacuum Swing Adsorption (VSA) oxygen generator manufactured by Joshining for reliable on-site oxygen production in high-altitude plateau regions, hospitals and medical facilities. It delivers 120Nm³/h of 93±3% oxygen at 0.2 bar outlet pressure with exceptionally low energy consumption.
Key Advantages
- Proven in High-Altitude & Cold Environments: Specially developed for low-oxygen plateau conditions, stable from -25°C to 50°C. Deployed across Tibet (Lhasa, Shigatse, Ngari), Qinghai (Tanggula, Golmud, Yushu) and Xinjiang at altitudes of 3650-4500 m. All motors are high-altitude grade motors.
- Compact Skid-Mounted Design: Fully integrated, skid-mounted and miniaturized (approx. L8150 x W3690 x H3250 mm, 16000 kg); no civil works, easy to transport, install and relocate. A true small-footprint oxygen plant.
- Low Energy Consumption vs PSA: VSA adopts low-pressure adsorption (<60 kPa) with an oil-free low-pressure blower instead of an oil-lubricated air compressor. Average power consumption is only less than 85 kW·h/h, far below an equivalent PSA system. A 40Nm³/h VSA unit can save up to roughly 900,000 CNY per year versus a comparable PSA system.
- 30 Years of Engineering Expertise, Stable System: Founded by the academic leader in chemical engineering from East China University of Science and Technology, with multiple invention patents (energy-saving VPSA method & equipment, plateau diffusion oxygen supply devices). PLC one-key start/stop, low noise (<85 dB) and a molecular sieve service life of more than 10 years deliver a stable, low-maintenance operation.
- Medical Grade Qualification: Designed and tested to comply with medical oxygen standards WS1-XG-008-2012 and medical electrical equipment standards GB 9706.1-2020 / YY 9706.102-2021. Oil-free air path means the oxygen is clean and free of oil contamination, suitable for hospital central oxygen supply and plateau diffusion oxygen supply.
