The Joshining VSA-100/93-0.2 is a skid-mounted Vacuum Swing Adsorption (VSA) oxygen generator manufactured for reliable on-site oxygen production in high-altitude plateau regions, hospitals, and medical facilities. It delivers 100Nm³/h of 93±3% oxygen at 0.2 bar outlet pressure with exceptionally low energy consumption.
- Proven in High-Altitude & Cold Environments: Specially developed for low-oxygen plateau conditions, stable from -25°C to 50°C. Deployed across Tibet, Qinghai, and Xinjiang at altitudes of 3650-4500 m. All motors are high-altitude grade.
- Compact Skid-Mounted Design: Fully integrated and miniaturized (approx. L5800 * W3900 * H3250 mm, 14500 kg); no civil works required, easy to transport, install and relocate.
- Low Energy Consumption vs PSA: VSA adopts low-pressure adsorption (<60 kPa) with oil-free low-pressure blower. Average power consumption is only less than 70 kW·h/h, far below equivalent PSA systems.
- 30 Years of Engineering Expertise: Founded by academic leader in chemical engineering with multiple invention patents. PLC one-key start/stop, low noise (<85 dB) and molecular sieve service life of more than 10 years.
- Medical Grade Qualification: Complies with medical oxygen standards WS1-XG-008-2012 and medical electrical equipment standards GB 9706.1-2020 / YY 9706.102-2021. Oil-free air path ensures clean, contamination-free oxygen.
