Why used: Supplies high-purity oxygen as feed gas for ozone generators in water treatment.
1. Lowest comprehensive cost: The energy consumption and cost per unit of oxygen are much lower than those of liquid oxygen, making it highly economical for long-term use.
2. Stable supply: self built and self used, not affected by external supply and transportation.
3. Moderate purity: It can stably produce 90-95% oxygen, perfectly meeting the needs of ozone generators (even higher purity does not significantly increase ozone yield, but the cost increases significantly).
Special note: The 90-95% purity of oxygen produced by VPSA is the 'dessert area'. This purity is sufficient to eliminate the generation of nitrides and maximize ozone yield. If the pursuit of ultra-high purity above 99% is pursued, the energy consumption of oxygen production will increase exponentially, but for ozone synthesis, the benefits are minimal and the losses outweigh the gains.
