Pre-filtered compressed air passes through a CMS-filled vessel where oxygen is adsorbed, producing nitrogen as the product gas.
When CMS becomes saturated, the process switches to another vessel while the saturated bed begins desorption, discharging waste gases.
Nitrogen from the active vessel purges through the saturated vessel for quick CMS regeneration, preparing it for the next cycle.
The cyclical process between two vessels ensures continuous pure nitrogen production.
