Our PSA Nitrogen Generator utilizes pressure swing adsorption principles at normal temperatures, using clean compressed air as raw material and high-quality carbon molecular sieve (CMS) from Japan & Germany as the adsorbent, ensuring a working life exceeding 20 years.

Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) is a mature technology dating back to the 1970s, with thousands of installations worldwide. Our systems have been supplied to customers in over 56 countries.
The process utilizes two vessels filled with Carbon Molecular Sieves (CMS):
- Adsorption: Compressed air passes through CMS vessel where oxygen is adsorbed, producing nitrogen
- Desorption: When CMS becomes saturated, the process switches to the second vessel while the first regenerates
- Regeneration: Nitrogen purges the saturated vessel to regenerate the CMS for the next cycle
