On Aug 3, 2022, Since Gas has signed an agreement to sell its assets to an acquiring entity created by Atlas Copco (China) Investment Co., Ltd
Since Gas will continue to serve local and regional customers with the same commitment and dedication. In addition to the current portfolio of products, new products and expertise will be added to benefit the customers of Since Gas.
The acquisition was closed in Q4 2022 following regulatory and closing conditions.
