In response to growing demand for reliable industrial oxygen in Malaysia, we delivered a complete PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generation system with a capacity of 93 Nm3/h and 93% oxygen purity. The system was successfully exported to Malaysia, providing the customer with a self-sufficient on-site oxygen supply that eliminates dependence on traditional cylinder and liquid oxygen deliveries.

We supplied a skid-mounted PSA oxygen generator system engineered around the customer's actual consumption pattern. The system uses high-performance carbon molecular sieves (CMS) and advanced PLC control to produce 93% purity oxygen on site, directly from compressed air. The complete package included an air compressor, air treatment system, PSA oxygen generator, oxygen buffer tank and online purity analyzer.

PSA oxygen generators produce oxygen from ambient air at the point of use, offering the most economical solution for medium-capacity industrial oxygen demand. Compared with cryogenic plants, PSA systems feature lower initial investment, faster start-up and simpler operation. Compared with oxygen cylinders, they provide unlimited continuous supply at a fraction of the unit cost. With no cryogenic storage or high-pressure cylinder handling, the system also improves site safety and simplifies routine management.
The complete system was factory-tested before shipment and delivered with full technical documentation, including P&ID diagrams, operation manuals and commissioning checklists. Our engineers provided online installation guidance and operator training until the local team could run the plant independently, ensuring a smooth handover and long-term reliable operation.
The Malaysian customer reported smooth commissioning and stable operation since start-up. The system successfully met the required 93 Nm3/h capacity at 93% purity, supporting continuous production without any interruption.
