Stainless Steel PSA Nitrogen Generator 95-99.9995% Purity

The PSA nitrogen generator uses carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as sorbent to produce nitrogen through pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology. Under specific pressure conditions, CMS demonstrates different adsorption capacities for oxygen and nitrogen, with significantly higher adsorption capacity for oxygen.

The system includes:

• Air compressor
• Refrigerant air dryer and filters
• Main nitrogen generator
• Air buffer tank
• Nitrogen buffer tank

For higher nitrogen pressure requirements, an optional BROTIE oil-free nitrogen compressor can be added. The system maintains nitrogen at 6barg pressure, with adjustable outlet pressure via regulator valve.

Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) contains micro pores that selectively adsorb oxygen molecules while allowing nitrogen to pass through. The system uses two towers alternating between adsorption and desorption cycles to produce continuous nitrogen flow.
