The system utilizes oxygen and carbon to produce CO2 under catalyst function. Nitrogen passes through an oxygen elimination device filled with high efficiency carbon deoxidant, removing oxygen and other impurities. After absorption by dryer carbon, high purity nitrogen is obtained.
Carbon deoxidant is the key component for oxygen elimination, while palladium and other noble metals in the catalyst ensure proper oxygen content at specific temperatures.
