Operating Method

Inspect equipment for transport damage and verify all components are present
Prepare electrolyte solution: Dilute 130g KOH with 450ml distilled water, cool, then fill to 1.8L mark
Connect 3mm external diameter pipeline to air source (≥0.4MPa pressure)
Start machine and verify normal operation (pressure display 0.5MPa, flow display near "000")
If leaks detected, inspect with soap solution and resolve before proceeding
For normal operation, connect output pipeline and begin nitrogen generation

Important Notices

Silica Gel Maintenance: Monitor discoloration and replace when necessary. Always power off before replacement.

Startup Process: System requires 10 minutes for air purging before producing high-purity nitrogen.

Flow Display: LED values may vary ±10 due to buffering effects - this is normal operation.

Electrolyte Maintenance: Only distilled water needs replenishing. Replace entire electrolyte solution every 6-7 months.

Leak Detection: Low pressure or high display values indicate potential leaks - inspect with soap solution.
