Our PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technology represents a revolution in non-cryogenic air separation and oxygen generation, utilizing a special grade of ZMS (Zeolite Molecular Sieve). The system operates through a twin tower PSA module with automatic changeover valves for continuous oxygen production.
The process begins with compressed air passing through a refrigerated dryer for moisture removal. The dried air then contacts the Zeolite Molecular Sieve bed, which preferentially adsorbs nitrogen molecules. While one tower remains in the nitrogen production cycle, the other undergoes regeneration through depressurization to atmospheric pressure. The resulting oxygen gas is collected in a surge vessel where pressure is maintained by a back pressure regulator.

The system utilizes zeolite molecular sieve as a sorbent, leveraging the PSA principle for oxygen generation. Under controlled pressure, the molecular sieve demonstrates significantly greater nitrogen adsorption capacity compared to oxygen. A PLC-controlled system manages pneumatic valves to alternate adsorption and desorption cycles between two towers, achieving efficient oxygen/nitrogen separation to produce oxygen at desired purity levels.
