How it works ?PSA stands for pressure swing adsorption which means air becomes source gas, nitrogen & oxygen
molecular will be adsorb by preferential adsorption. By using pressurized adsorption and stepdown
desorption, so N2 and O2 are separated discharge rich oxygen gas, ensure produce N2. The whole
line system is consisted of air compressor,air buffer tank, air treatment system, PSA generator and
N2 buffer tank. The vapor, dust and oil in compressed air must be removed through pretreatment,
then into two columns of PSA. CMS absorbs O2 molecular, but hardlyto adsorb N2 molecular.
Therefore, most N2 molecular could be collected and utilized after into N2 buffer tank.
There are totally two columns in PSA generator, it alternately switch. When one column is saturated,
another one is regenerated, two columns work alternately ensure nitrogen generator produces N2
continuously. Switch operation is made by PLC. Magnetic valve is connected with drive air source
and pneumatic valves. Signal delivered by designed PLC, to control magnetic reversal, to move
pneumatic valves. Two columns work alternately, unattended operation.
